Our story
A community kitchen, three times over.
Community Cafes began in 2009 with a simple idea: serve a genuinely good breakfast at a price that makes sense, in a room that feels like it belongs to the neighborhood. The first cafe opened in Parker — Stonegate — and quickly became the spot locals came back to every weekend.
Then, after a decade of regulars asking us to please, please come south, Castleview Cafe in Castle Rock followed. Shortly, thereafter, to serve a growing demand near Lone Tree, Willow Creek Cafe opened in Centennial. Three kitchens, one team, one promise: fresh breakfast, honest coffee, and a table you can settle into.
Every dish on our menu is made with care and served with consistency — from our signature french toast to our slow-cooked green chile. Great food at a price that makes sense, in a place that feels like yours. That's the promise we've kept since day one.
